We’re still working the same way
That was twelve years ago. We're now 100+ people across Ukraine, USA, Austria, and UAE — ISO 27001 and 9001 certified. Our average engagement runs two and a half years, and our longest partnership is past seven and still going.
ISO 27001 · ISO 9001 Certified
Four things we actually run the company on. Not aspirations — how we make decisions when they're hard.
Stay long enough to get it right
We don't optimize for project count. We optimize for partnership depth. The best technical decisions come from years of accumulated context, not from a fresh pair of eyes on a three-month engagement. It's why our average partnership runs past two years, and our longest is over seven.
Honest assessment over comfortable agreement
We'll tell you when your architecture won't scale, when a rebuild beats another patch, and when AI isn't the right answer. Clients stay because we're straight with them, not because we're easy to agree with. The honest version is usually the cheaper one in the long run.
Build what you can defend
Every claim on this site is backed by a real project. Every metric has a named client behind it. Every recommendation comes from someone who'll be accountable for the implementation. If we can't stand behind it, it doesn't go on the page.
The work matters more than the pitch
We'd rather point to a seven-year partnership than win an award for a sales deck. The proof is in what we've shipped and who's still working with us, not in how we present it.
The people running Mind Studios, and what each of them focuses on.

Our game development department, led by co-founder Ivan Dyshuk, builds and publishes mobile games under the Mind Studios Games brand — including CyberHero, signed with Azur Games. It runs as a separate creative branch with its own team, process, and published titles.
Supporting Ukraine Since 2022
Mind Studios is registered in the United States, but our engineering team is in Ukraine. Since 2022, supporting Ukraine's defense and recovery hasn't been a corporate initiative. It's been personal.

Most of our people live and work in Ukraine. When the full-scale invasion began, supporting the country's defense wasn't a decision the company debated — it was what our team was already doing.
Over the years since, that support has taken a few consistent forms.
Military and humanitarian aid

We've contributed to verified initiatives including 12 pickup trucks delivered to army units through Krayina Vilnykh, and tactical equipment funded through the Yellow Tape initiative. We've also supported medical foundations and urgent humanitarian needs as they've come up.
Veteran careers

Through New Horizons Hub, a nonprofit helping veterans move into civilian and IT careers, we're directly involved in mentorship and practical training. Some veterans have already joined Mind Studios through internships and full-time QA and testing roles.
This isn't a temporary response. It's a reflection of who we are and where we're from, and it will continue.
We hire people who want to go deep on hard problems and stay long enough to see them through. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet.
