In this role you will:
— Take on a leadership role within the copywriting team. You will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and middle copywriters, fostering their professional growth and development;
— Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new content specialists;
— Review and ensure the accuracy of content created by copywriters;
— Review and ensure that all produced content adheres to the company’s style guide;
— Assign and prioritize technical writing tasks among the team;
— Monitor and optimize the team’s workload for efficiency;
— Do a lot of reading and research on the topics you’re writing about;
— Communicate with our technical experts, developers, and project managers with experience relevant to your topic;
— Discuss your vision of an article to better match it to a technical task from our SEO specialist;
— Optimize existing articles and create new articles from scratch, follow SEO guidelines to make content that will appear high in search results;
— Brainstorm and pitch ideas to the Mind Studios marketing team regarding blog, social media, guest postings, and website content.
Necessary skills for us:
— Strong written English skills: advanced / C1 or higher;
— Ability to accept constructive criticism;
— Quick learning and adaptability;
— Critical thinking and creativity;
— Team Leading Skills;
— IT industry experience: writing blog posts for IT companies.
