We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager/Lead Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying them, and setting appointments for the sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other forms of outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and/or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for sales.
