Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced BA Lead!

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Manage department performance
  (KPIs, audits, handbook);
• Grow BA team
  (1x1, performance reviews, assessment evaluations, interviews, PDPs);
• Pre-sale participation
  (Workshops, estimation sessions, initial requirements gathering).

Necessary skills:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product manager roles;
• Prototyping skills, BPMN, diagrams;
• Analysis and writing of requirements (business, functional, non-functional);
• Requirements management and their impact on existing requirements;
• Familiar with Google Slides, Sheets, Data Studio, Miro, Confluence;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Would be great if you: 

• Know iOS/Android review guidelines;
• Know web & mobile payment processing nuances;
• Can read & write database queries.
