Your responsibility:
— Build a scalable framework for BA activities (Main goal is to make sure that we correctly understand the requirements of clients)
— Build an onboarding framework for new BAs (and other contributors) to projects
— Build a BA framework for project’s closing phase
— Build a reporting system for the BA department
— Create IDPs for BA department and control ones
— Conduct performance reviews, 1×1, interviews with other BAs
— Set up projects’ key metrics and keep them updated
Necessary skills:
— At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product manager roles
— Prototyping skills, BPMN
— Analysis and writing of requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
— Requirements management and their impact on existing requirements
— Get and share requirements in business and technical languages
— Knowledge of UX patterns
— Knowledge of Mobile Review Guidelines
— Familiar with Google Slides, Sheets, Data Studio, Miro, Confluence
— Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
