In this role you will:
— Develop the process for writing test case description so that you can easily on-board new QA-s in projects

— Develop the process for calculating the time for testing features/modules/projects

— Develop the process for identifying requirements for software testing at the start of the project (what devices, OS, browsers, etc.)

— Automate QA processes for Live projects, stupid manual work, develop and maintain automation frameworks

— Bring a load, security, database testing processes for Live projects.

— Develop QA metrics and work on improvements

— Develop IDPs for your QA team, conduct reviews, 1×1 meetings, interviews

— Manage release processes (what we release, when, how we prepare, results after the release)

— Write test documentation (test plans, test cases/checklists etc.)

What is important to join us:

— 4+ years of experience as QA Engineer

— Team management experience

— Experience with on-boarding and coaching of QA team members

— Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines

— Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously

— Strong problem-solving ability and proactiveness

— Strong knowledge of testing native iOS, Android mobile application

— Understanding of web technologies: HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/JSON

— Advanced user in logs information processing (e.g Kibana, Graylog, Logcat)

— Experience with REST API testing (e.g. Curl, Swagger, Postman)

— Familiar with Charles, Fiddler, Kafka, Android Studio, GitLab, Firebase, SQL

— Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies

— Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

— Upper Intermediate English level

As a plus:

— Understanding of programming language (Java or any other)
