In this role, you will

  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies (PPC, SEO) to attract website traffic, convert traffic to leads
  • Analyze organic performance and improve on-site visitor experience
  • Generate new content ideas, tasks for copywriters
  • Create content plans
  • Conduct target market analysis, industry trends research, competitor audit
  • Set goals and define KPIs with C-level
  • Create and follow long-term strategy and short-term plans
  • Track KPIs and implementation results
  • Launch advertising campaigns
  • Create landing pages
  • Perform A/B testing (ads, landings)
  • Create and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, Ads etc.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team on objectives, leads, ROI on marketing activities

What we’re looking for

  • 2.5+ years SEO and PPC experience (IT industry will be an advantage)
  • Experience in launching and optimizing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Quora Ads
  • Deep knowledge of Google algorithm, methods of on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Solid understanding of white-hat SEO and link building best practices
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Experience in lead generation, with measurable KPIs and ROI
  • Strong knowledge of GA, GTM, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, — Screaming frog, and other tools
  • Experience in marketing research
  • Experience in inbound marketing
  • Ability to work with and organize the data

It would be great if you have

  • Certificate in Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Experience in IT outsourcing, web development & design niches
  • Knowledge of the latest software development processes and practices
  • Knowledge of Hotjar and Google Optimize
