In this role you will:
— Handling small and medium projects.
— Identify and analyze stakeholders’ roles.
— Manage requirements communication considering the project’s specifics and stakeholders’ preferences.
— Gather and validate initial requirements.
— Develop and confirm functional requirements, facilitate requirements prioritization.
— Identify, track and assess requirements changes.
— Create and maintain requirements documentation.
— Continuously improve the requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Necessary skills for us:
— IT industry experience: at least 2 years at projects for foreign clients.
— Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
— Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.
— Modeling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form.
— High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances and feedback. Quick learning.
— Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
— Clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies.
— Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques.
— Knowledge of prototyping tools.
